Looking for a property

At HSL Properties our aim is to make finding a property and getting you moved in as hassle free as possible.

We will arrange a time to view the property to suit you. We will show you over the property and answer any questions you may have. If you want to rent a property we will guide you through the process from start to finish.

We require a credit referencing application form to be filled out in order to obtain any references that is required.

Photo identification (e.g. Passport, Driving Licence, etc).

In some cases, a guarantor (a property owner resident in the United Kingdom who will guarantee the rent) may be requested. If no guarantor is available HSL Properties may request all rent to be paid in advance.

If references come back satisfactory we will arrange for you to sign the agreement.

The balance of a month’s rent and a deposit of the same value will be required before the keys are released.  

On handing over the keys, the property will be ready to move into and it will be your responsibility to keep the property in good condition and pay rent by the monthly due date.

Staff at HSL Properties will always be available throughout your tenancy to assist you with any queries you may have.
